Janet Jackson promises to give 2011 concert go'ers a show like never before. 10 North American concert dates were confirmed Monday morning starting off in Chicago on March 7th.
These dates were selected after fans were allowed to vote on where they wanted concerts to be held. Janet Jackson stated about her tour and fans, "These concerts are not about special effects. This is a love affair between me and those of you who have supported me and my work for all these years. I'll be singing and dancing from my heart. The music will all be songs that you've made number ones for me. Let's go!"
Unlike her previous mega-tours, Jackson will be playing smaller, more intimate venues. She will also be playing solely from the "Number Ones" album. Fans can relive their favorite Janet Jackson chart toppers. She will also offer something different at every concert so that no one concert will be the same.
