Elvis Costello is one of the most influential song writers of his era. His eclectic sound makes him innovative and a fantastic song writer. Costello’s first album was released in 1977. “My Aim Is True”, paralleled the current punk and new wave era because of its passion, and cynicism.
Elvis Costello borrows from many genre’s such as Reggae, Punk and Country to form his unique sound. In the 80’s Costello churned out hits like, “Everyday I Write the Book” and “Veronica” . See this great 80’s icon, performer and song-writer in concert!
