Jersey-based Bon Jovi are one of the few bands that survived the test of time. Once dubbed a hair band, Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora and Crew have definitely proven that they are here to stay. One of the few rock bands who are just as popular today as they were in the 80's. With a devout following, Bon Jovi still turns out hit records and hit singles that fans old and new love.

Maybe it's their combination of pop, metal and rock that is the band's winning formula. Bon Jovi ramped it up in 1984 with the Top 40 hit "Runaway" but it wasn't until 1986 that the group hit mega-stardom with the release of the hit album "Slippery When Wet". Bon Jovi, unlike many other 80's rock bands, held fast into the '90s, with "Keep the Faith" in 1992 and "These Days" in 1995.
